General Policy

Holistic Balance Therapy provides wellness-based services designed to support posture, structural balance, mobility, and overall well-being. Our services are not intended to replace medical care, diagnosis, or emergency treatment.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee. No-shows may be charged the full session amount. Payments for completed services, prepaid packages, and virtual consultations are generally non-refundable.

Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information and for communicating any relevant injury, surgery, medical condition, or physical concern before a session.

Privacy

Personal information collected through forms or bookings is used only for scheduling, communication, and service-related purposes.
